These Terms of Service govern the use of the nyx Discord bot, the nyx control panel, and related services. By using nyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must be eligible to use Discord under Discord’s own Terms of Service
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• If you set up nyx for a server, you need the authority to do so (e.g., server owner or admin)

• Do not use nyx to break any law or regulation
• Do not use nyx to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Do not use nyx to violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual property
• Do not abuse transcripts, moderation tools, premium features, or billing
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to nyx, its systems, or other people’s data

Server owners and admins are responsible for choosing which nyx features to enable, how moderation, tickets, transcripts, and billing features are configured, and which roles or users can access the nyx dashboard for their server.

You are responsible for the content you create or store through Discord while using nyx. By using features like ticketing, logging, and transcripts, you confirm you have the necessary rights to use nyx for that purpose.

Premium features require an active subscription. Access may be suspended for failed payments, abuse, fraud, or policy violations. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once billed.

nyx is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time for technical, security, operational, legal, or platform reasons.

nyx may limit, suspend, or terminate your access if your use violates these Terms, Discord’s platform rules, applicable law, or creates abuse, fraud, or security risk.

nyx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every Discord feature, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nyx and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for nyx in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the revision date above. Continued use of nyx after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
